How do I get started?
2
Getting started is simple. Choose one of the three services outlined on the website and get in touch via the contact form. I'll guide you through the next steps and answer any questions you may have. I aim to respond promptly—usually within an hour or, at the latest, one business day. If you're not sure which service is right for you, don't worry. Just send me an email, and I'll help you find the best fit.
What makes you different?
3
Yes. To secure your booking, I ask for a deposit. Once the deposit has been received, your slot is reserved. The remaining balance is due before work commences.
DO I HAVE TO PAY UPFRONT?

I'm more than an editor. I'm a published novelist, former acquisition editor, and Creative Writing lecturer with over ten years' experience in editing and teaching. I've studied literature at Humboldt University of Berlin, the University of Cambridge, and the University of Oxford, and I currently teach at Stanford University's Montag Center. Having worked on manuscripts from both sides of the desk, I combine editorial expertise with the perspective of an actively publishing author.
I'm nervous about sharing my writing.
What should I do?
You're not alone. Most writers feel nervous about sharing their work. I provide a supportive, judgement-free environment where you can develop your novel with honest, practical feedback and complete confidentiality.
Do you work with AI?
No. Everything you share with me is treated in strict confidence. Before we begin working together, we sign a confidentiality agreement confirming that your manuscript and all related materials will remain confidential and will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances, including AI systems or AI-assisted tools.
